Services

Services available in Santa Cruz, California.

I work with adolescents, adults and couples.

Individuals: We are following our own path. I will join you on your path and guide you in a holistic, integrative way to promote your happiest, healthiest self.

Couples: Our relationships are complex in many ways. I am trained as a Gottman therapist, which is a research backed method that prioritizes functional communication while fostering friendship and intimacy. I strive to allow a space for couples to explore each others perspectives while maintaining their individual values.

Adolescents: Having worked as a school counselor, I understand the difficulties children and adolescents are faced with, and the isolation these challenges can create. Adolescents experience confusion, pressure, and change on a daily basis. I seek to help adolescents empower and establish themselves to promote confidence and individuality.

My Therapeutic Style

With a specialization in Spirituality and Depth Psychology obtained through my Masters program at Antioch University, Los Angeles, I believe in exploring all parts of oneself in a holistic, nonjudgemental style, while integrating mindfulness techniques to ensure the wellbeing of my clients. I believe there are no "bad" parts of ourself, and every habit, thought, and tendency serves a purpose.

Along with my Master’s degree, having graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and Clinical Psychology, I hold the understanding that we have many things influencing us from different avenues at all times. Whether on a micro or macro level, we are often subject to adverseties we do not anticipate and are not prepared for. I integrate this belief into my practice and believe that we have a choice in how we tackle adversity. I strive to work with clients to build resilience within themselves to combat life’s unexpected difficulties.

I practice using a Jungian, psychodynamic lens while integrating scientifically backed interventions. I believe the answers lie within ourselves, and allowing space to explore different parts of ourselves creates an individuated, stronger sense of self. I am also trained in the Gottman Method, which I utilize in couples work with clients in order to strengthen their relationship with research-based interventions.

I strongly believe in my clients being the experts of themselves and will tailor their individual therapeutic expereinces with this perspective at the forefront. I am here to guide you through our journey together by challenging unhelpful thoughts, providing stress relief tools, exploring deep rooted beliefs, while prioritizing your therapeutic goals.
